Checkout process steps
You need to complete all of the steps in the checkout process at least once to place an order. Don't worry if you have lots of information to add - you can submit any combination of these pages in any order as long as you enter a valid email address so we can link all the information together. There are also comment sections so you can let us know your intention if the forms don't quite cover what you need.
Multiple cart submissions
We can easily group multiple shopping cart submissions together into a single order and we will always ask you to verify your order before we make anything.
Manual orders
Our website order pages are designed to make sure all the information we need is effectively communicated to us and that nothing is overlooked. However if your browser is not supported by our javascript you can always bypass our checkout process to carefully send us your order by email but please be aware it may add delay.
